The statutes

Article 1
It is created between the adherents to these statutes an association governed by the law of 1 July 1901 and the Decree of August 16, 1901, with the name "Association PartageArt Article 2 - Object
This association aims to:
- Help promote local artists through the development of research services including exhibition venues, the implementation of media and events
- Promote artistic learning, knowledge and practice of artistic techniques
- Identify and bring together art lovers to facilitate their understanding of works and their creator

Article 3 - address
The headquarters of the association is 17 Road Nibouzou - 82140 St Antonin NV
It may be transferred by simple decision of the board of directors;

Article 4 - Term
The duration of the association is unknown;

Article 5 - Membership
To be part of the association must sign a ballot for membership and have paid an entrance fee.

Article 6 - Assessment
An annual fee must be paid by members. The amount is determined by the Board of Directors;

Article 7 - Cancellation
Membership is lost by:
• death;
• the resignation should be directed to the board of directors;
• non-payment of dues within 6 months after the date of enforceability;
• cancellation for cause. This will be decided by the Board of Directors after hearing the explanations of the person summoned by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Article 8 - Resources
The resources of the association include:
• The amount of contributions
• Grants to state and local governments;
• All resources authorized by law
• Donations.


Article 9 - Board of Directors
The association is headed by a board of 8 members elected for 3 years by general meeting. Members are eligible for reappointment. It elects a board consisting of:
• a President
• a Secretary General
• Treasurer
The President represents the association in all acts of civil life. He has particular standing to sue on behalf of the association
In case of vacancy, the council provides temporary replacement of its members until the next general meeting.

The Secretary is responsible for everything related correspondence and records. It prepares minutes of meetings and assemblies and, in general, all writings concerning the operation of the association, with the exception of those concerning accounting. They are the special register provided for by Article 5 of the Act of 1 July 1901 and Articles 6 and 31 of the Decree of August 16, 1901. They ensure the implementation of procedures prescribed by those sections.
The Treasurer is responsible for holding or having held under its control the accounts of the association he makes and receives all payments under the supervision of the President, any money owed to the association, it can not dispose of the assets constituting the reserve fund that with the authorization of the Board of Directors It is proper accounts of all transactions that it conducts and reports to the Annual General Assembly which approves his management. Article 10 - Board Meeting of Directors

Article 11 - Compensation
Members of the Board of Directors are entitled to reimbursement of their expenses on
documents; travel expenses will be reimbursed on the scale of the tax administration. Their functions are volunteers.

Article 12 - Annual General Meeting

The General Assembly comprises all members update their subscription. They are invited by personal invitation;
The General Assembly meets annually. Decisions are taken by majority of members represented. Article 13 - Extraordinary General Meeting
The extraordinary general meeting is competent to amend the constitution, decide to dissolve the merger of the association and is convened by the President under the terms of Article 12. It also meets the demand of at least one third of the members or upon request of the board. Minutes of the meeting will be prepared.

Article 14 - Rules
The Board of Directors may decide on the establishment of internal rules to be submitted for approval at the general meeting. It is unavoidable all members of the association

Article 15 - Dissolution
The dissolution is pronounced by the Extraordinary General Meeting Appoints
liquidator. The assets will vest in accordance with Article 9 of the Act of 1 July 1901 to an association pursuing the same goal.
