HOW TO ORGANISE AN EXHIBITION?

 

This page contains a data base, which is still growing, of venues and owners that you can contact in order to organise your exhibition in the region known as "Les Gorges de l'Aveyron". These venues differ considerably in terms of surface to exhibit ( wall space, possibilities to exhibit sculptures, etc.), availability during the year, numbers of people likely to visit the place, type of passers-by, the need to organise surveillance, location & access, costs to exhibit, etc.

You have a right to organise your exhibition without the intervention of the Association. The data base is public domain, and the Association does not have the exclusive right for its members to exhibit in the listed places.

If, however, you want us to assist you in organising your exhibition, you can contact us at postmaster@partageart.fr. Assistance can be in the form of helping you to select a suitable place, of organising the necessary publicity around the event (e.g. low cost poster design, printing & distribution), or organising surveillance during the exhibition, etc.

Under no circumstances will the Association accept responsibility for the event itself. We play a role as an intermediary, between on the one hand the artist in need of promotion of his or her work, and on the other hand those that have space to offer to exhibit artwork.
