Enzo Di Pietro, chef cook since 25 years and winner of the Young Italian Chef contest at Siena in 1982, prepares meals for you at home, for groups up to 30 people. Vegetarian and non-vegetarian, all with local and organically raised products. All restrictions with regard to ingredients will be taken into consideration. Enzo gives cooking courses.

Capfrançais is an institute specialising in teaching the French language to foreigners, and exists as such since 2004. The institute is run by Dominique ATTELAN (DUFA educated since 1994. She has 13 years of experience teaching French to foreigners). All year around, Capfrançais welcomes students from all nationalities at all levels of language knowledge & experience. Courses are given in small groups of students that share roughly the same level of understanding of the French language. The main objectives are apprenticeship & perfection of communication, as well as understanding of the French language. Knowing how to express in a foreign language is an essential key to a succesful integration in a new country. The courses given not only improve knowledge of grammar, but deliver answers to questions as diverse as the dealing with local institutions, understanding the local environment, the history of the place, local traditions ........... etc. Courses are run at St Antonin and at Caylus in an atmosphere that is on the one hand serious when it comes to study and results, and on the other hand convivial.
